A doctoral degree candidate at Capiz State University and a holder of a master's degree from the prestigious National Graduate School for Policy Studies (GRIPS) in Tokyo, Japan. Eugenio has over twenty (20) years of experience in the massage industry. A DOH-licensed massage therapist (LMT) and a holder of TESDA NC2 on Hilot Wellness, he is also the founder of Asian Wellness and Spa Academy, operated by Handspring Wellness and Spa Academy OPC. He attended international spa and wellness training and events in Japan, Thailand, Dubai, and other locations. Recently, he helped promote Hilot Wellness at the world-renowned 2025 Osaka World Expo in Osaka, Japan, for six months.
